Villa Léonie is an elegant residence located in Kerlouan, in the heart of the Côte des Légendes, offering an ideal setting for memorable holidays with family or friends.

This spacious two‑storey home features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and five bedrooms, each with its own en‑suite bathroom and WC. Accommodating up to 14 guests, the villa provides a wide range of amenities: Wi‑Fi, television, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, three coffee machines (filter and capsule), three highchairs, and two baby cots.

The living room also includes a selection of books, children’s toys, as well as a pool table and table football for enjoyable moments together. The indoor swimming pool is separated from the living area by an elegant glass partition.

The enclosed 2,000 m² garden offers numerous activities: pétanque court, trampoline, ping‑pong table, swing, and two archery targets (for adults and children). In the carport, you will find various outdoor games, two paddleboards, and around a dozen bicycles of different sizes.

The south‑facing terrace, equipped with two large tables, an awning, a fire pit, and a barbecue, is the perfect place to enjoy sunshine and sea air. The property includes five parking spaces, welcomes families with children, and accepts pets. It is also accessible to guests with reduced mobility. An electric vehicle charging station is available on site.

Beds are prepared before your arrival, and beach/pool towels are provided.

Villa Léonie is committed to a responsible approach: easy waste sorting, water and energy‑saving systems, and partial electricity production thanks to photovoltaic panels.
